incorporated under the Companies Enactment 1897. The authorised share capital was $500,000 divided 

into 500,000 shares of $1.00 each. The first directors were Messrs. R.W. Harrison, John Gibson, G.H. 

Day and P.W. Parkinson. The Company cultivated rubber at the Bukit Hitam Estate in Selangor.
